Does caffeine help burn fat?

This is because people may develop tolerance towards the effects of caffeine by consuming it on regular basis. However, it may help you in eating less by suppressing your appetite and desire to eat.


Although caffeine plays important role in losing weight its consumption has some dangers as well. People should be cautious while taking caffeine products and consume them in moderation. Over-dose of caffeine can lead to several diseases. The major side effects of caffeine are insomnia, anxiety, dizziness, increased heart rate and blood pressure, stomach problems, etc.

Professionals recommend that people should take less than 400 mg of caffeine in a day. In conclusion, to maintain your health it is important to keep both benefits and side effects of caffeine in mind.
