Great Widget! I am an MMJ patient, and I can fully testify in a court of law, under oath, about how much it has done for me - it gave me my life back and allows me to function. So anyone who says it has no medical value is full of you know what! =) Oh and also - Marijuana is NOT physically addicting.

Gavin, are you serious? If you are going to make an argument, make it a smart one, not one that looks like it was written by either a 10 year old or a foreigner. Your arguments don't make any sense. Medical marijuana has many benefits and that includes benefits for athletes. These include: increased mind/body connection, increased ability to intake calories (for body builders, anyone trying to put on weight), better/deeper sleep, less stress, and the list goes on....

Marijuana is part of athlete lifestyle. I don't understand why they need this substance, which will ruin their careers in future. I've heard so many issues about addiction to marijuana that lead into crime because of its side effect to those who are using it. So advice to athlete stays away from harmful DRUGS! Did you hear the health news about Aaron Boone? Aaron Boone is a great athlete of baseball and might be a future Hall of Famer. That’s why it’s so sad to hear news that he will be going under open-heart surgery. He is the Houston Astro first or third basemen will be undergoing a surgical procedure on his aortic valve to correct a problem he's had for several years and it was just recently when the doctor recommend to have such open-heart surgery to secure his safety. Among his many accomplishments was a game winning home run in Game 7 of the ALCS to put the Yankees into the World Series, and he was selected for the AL All Star team. Let us hope it is a successful procedure and a speedy recovery for Aaron Boone. So I guess we should learn to accept what we have and enjoy our lives to the fullest. Money, fame and glory are just for short time but your health will matter most.
