the sacrament of getting married before God is a catholic act. the bible clearly stands against homosexuality. therefore we as people can be as tolerant and accepting of a persons decision to love someone of the same sex but wanting to get married has nothing to do with it. Marraige has become a commercialised thing - just like Christmas and as a society we have forgotten the meaning behind these rituals and made them into something they are not. if you love someone go ahead, but dont have the laws changed to suit yourself -please dont shove ur sexual choices in the face of the public and make everyone else change for you. This is true and from the beginning of the earth the marriage was always between a man and woman. The attraction between people of the same gender is a challenge like every sickness, is our responsibility to take the best medicine and get better of that, but no for every sickness we have to change the values of the world, we don't have to punish others or contagious them because what we have.
