    White tea is made from leaves of the tea plant Camellia sinensis. The leaves are harvested while very young, and the buds covered in very fine, white hairs. These hairs are what give white tea its name. The acai berry is known to have the highest nutritional value of any fruit in the world, which makes it one of the most important superfoods.
