the widget used to fit on my sidebar but now it doesn't and I chose 100 for the pic width. Please help because I want to keep the widget! http

It doesn't work for my blog. The pictures come out clipped. I thought maybe I had too many other stuff on my blog, so I deleted some things, but it still doesn't work. I tried all my options but it still isn't working...

the photo doesn't me up on my facebook site and what is there redirects to the widget site. Why.....
