In 2005 a woman rowed - alone - 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. Now Roz Savage intends to become the first woman to row solo across the Pacific. In 2008 she completed Stage 1, becoming the first woman ever to row solo from California to Hawaii. Stage 2 launches in Spring 2009.
