  • URL pointing to the coordinate file

  • URL pointing to the positive part of the isosurface.

  • URL pointing to the negative part of the isosurface

  • Enter a value for the isosurface cutoff. The number should be around 0.06

A portable version of Jmol viewer suitable for showing simple molecular orbital pictures. At startup, loads the user provide Jmol readable file and a file with pos and neg isosurface. User can adjust isosurface cutoff. Used to share on blogs, discussion boards and inside of other widgets.
