first, go to http://settings.messenger.live.com/applications/CreateHtml.aspx and then come back and enter your 'invitee'

this settings use my live messenger id. you can send me message only if i'm online. try create your own by getting the invitee from http://settings.messenger.live.com/applications/CreateHtml.aspx
