perhaps you would prefer a nuclear power plant in your backyard? or maybe a giant hole under your driveway for nuclear waste? if neither of those appeal perhaps you could start making donations to the canadian cancer society in support of treatment for uranium miners? better yet, people like you could be directly billed for the construction, lifetime maintenance and decomissioning of nuclear power plants and the safe management of nuclear waste- you're going to be around for the next 2000 years to fund it, right? while you're at it you could always pay off the rest of the debt that ontario hydro incurred building up our lovely nuclear infrastructure in the first place. so many options...
I see that at present the bird blenders are generating enough electricity to power Oshawa.
I suggest that the consumers in Oshawa be billed the full cost of wind generated electricity... and then see how long it takes for rioting to begin in the streets.
Thanks Frank. This widget was created by the IESO which is the electricity system operator for the Province of Ontario. I wonder if this works anywhere we want but just Ontario ( I am aware that it is needed software for controlling the wind but where in Portugal does it exists? ).

Love it, but wish there was a way to download this as a gadget in Windows, or an Adobe Air app that you could leave running on your desktop!OntarioIESO on Jan 18, 2010 Sign in to report as inappropriate
