  I was really impressed with this widget called Chat Wing.

  While we use the widget for the time being on our news site, the cost per month is much too high and that will likely keep us seeking an alternative. Also the widget is not size-able and therefore is not able to make a solid fit with our format. I don't mind showing ads for certain widgets that are free, but the way our viewers have to wait thru 4-6 ads as they roll over is very inconvenient.
