David Mendosa is a medical writer who was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 1994. After his diagnosis, David became a vocal advocate for diabetes awareness and education. His articles have appeared in many of the major diabetes magazines and web sites. His own website, David Mendosa’s Diabetes Directory, is one of the first and largest web sites on diabetes and he brings his expertise to MyDiabetesCentral.com.
