- What forms of payment does Widgetbox accept?
- We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- How do I know my information will be secure?
- You can rest assured that your transactions are secure. Widgetbox partners with industry leaders Braintree Payment Processing and Control Scan for secure, PCI compliant, processing. Widgetbox does not store any credit card or other sensitive data on its servers. All transactions and data are run directly either through Braintree or PayPal.
- Widgetbox also uses SSL (https://) to secure all of our payment pages and purchase information pages.
- Where can I change my credit card information after I have paid?
- Log into your Widgetbox account, then click on your name to view your account details. Now, click on the Billing Information tab. Click the Change Default Payment Method to change your credit card information. Any changes will apply to your next billing cycle. Additionally, if you paid with PayPal, you should make any account changes on the PayPal website.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes - you can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to My Accounts, click the Purchases tab, click your Order under Order History, then click the Cancel link. Cancellations are subject to our Terms of Sale.
- How can I see my billing history?
- Log into your Widgetbox account, then click on your name to view your account details. Now, click on the Purchases tab. This page lists purchases made to your own account, and billing records.
- How do I find the security code on my credit card?
- When you buy online, you'll often be asked to provide an additional security code for your credit card. Also known as the CVV2 code, this 3- or 4-digit code is located on the card itself. For MasterCard and Visa, the security code will be in this area:

- Why do you need a credit card/PayPal account for a free trial?
- For your convenience, we take your credit card/PayPal information so that your subscription will not be interrupted after your free trial ends. If you cancel prior to the end of your free trial, your card or PayPal account will not be charged.
- What happens when my free trial ends?
- Once your free trial period has expired, you are authorizing us to automatically charge your card or PayPal account for your subscription at the price of the Pro account you have selected.
