Widgetbox provides a gallery of web widgets and a widget platform used by tens of millions of users each month. We are looking for great web developers to join our team focused on widgets, social applications, and large scale content distribution across the internet. We currently have an open positions for a senior and lead web developers. If you are excited about the latest developments in web technologies, open social, and the facebook platform and have experience building widgets, social apps or integrating systems with JavaScript or XML, please apply.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years experience developing production software, enjoy a collaborative agile development environment, love problem solving, and be natural at providing both technical leadership and project management.
We are a Java shop, so Java is a big plus for this position, but the main technical requirement is experience with current web technologies like JSON, XML, F8, gadgets, widgets. This isn’t a position building widgets, it’s a position building the platform for thousands of developers and millions of users to share content and communicate on the web.

Widgetbox is looking for an energetic and talented Product Manager to help build new and exciting ways for users to distribute and consume content on the web.
The Product Manager will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with management, development, business development and marketing to ensure business and customer goals are met, and analyzing and reporting on the performance of products after launch.
To excel in this position, the Product Manager must be both strategic and tactical, and have an insatiable curiosity for “what’s next” and the tenacity and rigor to bring the best to our new products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work cross-functionally are a must.
