Pubwalk is a fun web application that merges CitySearch and Google Maps; Yahoo Maps is used for mobile; Yahoo Maps Beta is used for the consolidated directions since they seem to be the only major map provider offering this; Google Dodgeball is integrated into mobile via Dodgeball SMS links. Currently, pubs / bars and late night eating is supported. Give it a shot, you can plan some pretty cool routes, send them to your phone, save the route for later, publish the map at a blog or share the link with your friends.
