  • Alertpedia is an online alerting service that monitors hundreds of websites and sends personalized email alerts on stuff like health news, craigslist, recalls, weather, etc. For example, you can ask to be alerted about a Sony TV is recalled due to a defect, or goes on sale in your area. The service is live today offering alerts in more than a dozen categories. We have published a widget for Website publishers to allow users to get alerts when something interesting happens on their websites. This leads to sticky, repeat users and higher traffic.
