  • MedZoom, launched in July 2008, is an internet directory of hyperlinks to medical reference sites intended for the benefit of healthcare professionals, practicing clinicians and students of medicine. MedZoom intends to provide a uniquely user-friendly, highly organized interface that allows visitors to access information efficiently. The criteria used for selection of sites represented on MedZoom are as follows: 1) The reference site's information be authored by healthcare professionals, preferably peer-reviewed, and deemed credible. 2) All or nearly all of the reference site's content be accessible to users FREE of costs or subscription obligation.
