Since her writing style is nothing like the canned reviews found on download sites, you will always be able to take ~ Swan's words at face value and know that you have read a good cross section of the software; what it's 'supposed' to do and what it really does. She warmly welcomes all readers and hopes that they will make use of the comments section at the end of each post.
